Coordinator - Procurement

Job Description: As a Procurement Coordinator at Exela in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, you will be working during European Time and should have 2 to 4 years of work experience. Your role will involve utilizing strong negotiation skills and advanced MS Excel skills to handle various responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - You will be responsible for managing Requests for Information (RFI), Requests for Quotation (RFQ), and Requests for Proposal (RFP) to suppliers by collaborating with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and evaluation criteria. - Identifying, evaluating, and shortlisting potential vendors based on sourcing needs and maintaining an organized supplier database will be part of your duties. - Drafting, organizing, and maintaining procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulations, and tracking contract renewals and performance metrics will be crucial aspects of your role. Qualifications: - A Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is required. - You should have proven experience in procurement or purchasing roles, the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, as well as strong negotiation and communication skills. - Fluency in French and German (both written and spoken) is essential, along with knowledge of procurement processes and best practices. Experience with ERP systems is a plus.
