Coordinator – Incubation & Innovation

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering, Commerce, or related field
• MBA / PGDM / Entrepreneurship certification preferred

Experience

• 1–4 years of experience in incubation, startups, innovation programs, or coordination roles
• Exposure to startup ecosystems, accelerators, or entrepreneurship cells is an advantage

Role Summary

The Coordinator – Incubation & Innovation will support the planning, execution, and management of incubation programs, startup initiatives, innovation challenges, and ecosystem partnerships. The role involves close coordination with founders, mentors, investors, faculty, and internal teams to foster a strong entrepreneurial culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate incubation and innovation programs, cohorts, and startup activities
• Act as a single point of contact for incubated startups and innovators
• Assist in onboarding startups, maintaining records, and progress tracking
• Coordinate mentoring sessions, demo days, pitch events, and reviews
• Liaise with founders, mentors, investors, industry partners, and faculty
• Support innovation challenges, hackathons, bootcamps, and workshops
• Maintain incubation MIS, reports, and documentation
• Track KPIs such as startup progress, funding raised, and milestones achieved
• Support grant applications, government schemes, and compliance documentation
• Promote incubation activities through internal communication and outreach

Skills & Competencies

• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of startups, entrepreneurship, and innovation ecosystems
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills
• Ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Basic understanding of funding, incubation, and mentoring processes

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
