Coordinator - Dahanu Production, ACG Capsules

Role Overview: As a Machine Operator at ACG Capsules, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the allocated machine. This includes conducting quality checks, performing maintenance tasks, monitoring process parameters, and implementing corrective actions as needed. You will play a vital role in maintaining high-quality standards and ensuring the efficient functioning of the production process. Key Responsibilities: - Check the allocated machine in each shift as per the CTQ checklist - Execute IPQC to ensure quality standards are met - Perform various machine maintenance tasks such as blade changes, collet ring changes, and collet oiling - Conduct color changes as per standard operating procedures - Attend to machine trippings and bring the machine back to running condition - Remove cakes during dip bath and color change processes - Plot cutlength graphs and make necessary corrections - Monitor weights hourly and take corrective actions as needed - Record process parameters and inform supervisors of any necessary actions - Implement CAPA for customer complaints related to HCM - Perform machine cleaning and shift handover/takeover procedures - Assist other operators during color changes or breakdowns - Number capsules for defect identification - Make downtime entries on daily machine performance reports - Communicate Feed tank change planning requirements to Gelatin Room chemist Qualification Required: - Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Production - 0-2 years of experience Additional Company Details: ACG Capsules values individuals who display traits such as Caring, Collaborative, or Progressive during discussions.
