Job Description

We are looking for a Coordinator – Admission Counsellors to lead and support our admission team. The coordinator will ensure smooth functioning of the admission process, monitor counsellor performance, and act as a bridge between the management and the admission counsellors.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide Admission Counsellors in achieving admission and outreach targets.
• Monitor daily call logs, follow-ups, and student inquiries handled by the counsellors.
• Ensure counselling quality, professionalism, and adherence to institutional policies.
• Conduct weekly review meetings and provide training/feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with the Academic and Placement departments to align student admissions with course capacity and placement opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly admission performance reports for management.
• Resolve escalated student/parent concerns professionally.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in admissions, sales, or academic coordination.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and reporting abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
