As an Admin & Operations Coordinator at our consulting firm specializing in architecture design located in Shivalik, New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. We are looking for a proactive and organized individual with 2 to 3 years of experience in administrative roles to join our team. Your key responsibilities will include managing day-to-day administrative tasks, coordinating schedules and meetings, handling office correspondence and documentation, assisting in the smooth operation of the office, and invoice generation & tracking. To excel in this role, you should possess strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office and other basic software tools, good command of English (written and spoken), and the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
