Role & responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including nurses, respiratory therapists, and pharmacists. Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with life-threatening conditions. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Perform invasive procedures such as intubation, central line insertion, and dialysis. Communicate effectively with patients' families regarding condition and care plans. Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and protocols. Participate in patient rounds, case discussions, and medical education initiatives. Preferred candidate profile DM, Critical Care Medicine or IDCCM degree from an accredited medical school. Board certification or board eligibility in Critical Care Medicine. Valid state medical license. Extensive experience in ICU or critical care settings. Strong clinical and diagnostic skills. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Skills Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Intubation Central Line Insertion Ventilator Management Hemodynamic Monitoring Critical Care Ultrasound Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems Team Leadership
