As a system engineer, you will collaborate with the operations team, providing guidance when it comes to escalated support tickets. Additionally, you will actively participate in assigned projects aimed at enhancing customer experiences and ensuring high-quality processes. You will also assist the operations teams as needed to maintain a secure and efficient IT environment.
