As a Digital Program Associate - Data Analysis, you will play a crucial role in shaping AIIB's data ecosystem by providing valuable data analysis to extract actionable insights. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with business stakeholders to understand data processes, gathering and refining data requirements, and maintaining relevant documentation. Additionally, you will be involved in Treasury data analysis, translating business needs into technical specifications, and supporting the implementation of data solutions that meet business requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with business stakeholders to streamline data requirements and maintain documentation. - Conduct Treasury data analysis, research, and translate data requirements into technical specifications for solution design and delivery. - Lead Treasury data solution testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide user training and support. - Perform root cause analysis on data quality issues and identify process improvement opportunities. - Support data culture awareness training and sharing initiatives. Requirements: - Master's degree in business analysis, data analysis, computer science, or related field. - Minimum four years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or relevant fields. - Proficiency in MS SQL, BI tools (PowerBI, Tableau), and Python. - Knowledge of Treasury products and experience in lending, portfolio management, and cooperative reporting. - Strong communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders. - Ability to work in agile environments and drive results effectively. - Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and experience in designing AI applications is advantageous.
