Role & responsibilities Perform heating/cooling load calculations and prepare detailed HVAC designs. Develop duct layouts, piping layouts, and schematic diagrams using AutoCAD/Revit. Select appropriate HVAC equipment (Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRF/VRV systems, Pumps, Exhaust Fans, etc.) based on project requirements. Ensure compliance with ASHRAE, ISHRAE, SMACNA, and local codes/standards . Prepare BOQ, technical specifications, and material submittals for projects.
