Araku Caf About the Role: Were looking for a hands-on Demi Chef de Partie to support our kitchen operations with exceptional mise-en-place preparation, cooking precision, and consistent quality. Youll play a key role in day-to-day execution and team coordination. Key Responsibilities: Prepare all mise-en-place for daily service. Support CDP with daily operations and team delegation. Execute recipes with accuracy and consistency. Conduct food tastings and quality checks. Maintain kitchen hygiene and safety standards. Assist in training junior staff and kitchen hands. Monitor portions, minimize wastage, and ensure cost control. What Were Looking For: Minimum 3 years experience in a 5-star hotel or premium restaurant. Culinary diploma or equivalent preferred.
