Role Overview: As the Digital Media Lead at Lenovo, you will be responsible for developing and executing Lenovos digital media strategy across various platforms. Your role will involve driving performance-driven campaigns for both Consumer and Commercial business segments, ensuring consistent brand messaging, and optimizing media investments for maximum ROI. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and lead regional digital media strategy aligned with marketing and business objectives - Oversee end-to-end media planning and buying processes, optimizing budgets and ensuring brand safety and compliance - Drive results through performance media campaigns, monitor KPIs, and use analytics for decision-making - Identify and implement technology enhancements to drive engagement and leads - Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated campaigns, ensuring brand consistency - Manage relationships with media agencies, DSPs, and platform partners, evaluating performance and negotiating contracts - Oversee campaign reporting, insights, and dashboards, collaborating with analytics teams for tracking ROI - Build and manage a high-performing digital media team, collaborating with internal stakeholders - Define social media strategy and planning, collaborate with agencies for engaging content - Monitor online reputation, collaborate for response management, and provide regular analysis - Manage and optimize the marketing technology stack for data-driven, personalized campaigns Qualifications Required: - 10-12 years of hands-on digital marketing experience with technical knowledge - Experience in B2C & B2B industries, omni-channel media, and campaign execution - Strong tech/digital skills including SEO, SEM, MarTech stacks, and CDP integration - Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills Please note that Lenovo follows strict policies and legal compliance for the recruitment process.
