As a Cook at B & Co, you will be responsible for efficiently preparing bulk food for 500-1000 people while ensuring quality, hygiene, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook large-quantity meals for 500-1000 servings. - Assist in menu preparation and daily kitchen planning. - Maintain taste, quality, and portion consistency. - Follow hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards at all times. - Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth workflow and timely meal delivery. - Manage raw material usage and reduce wastage.
