Responsibilities:

• Prepare fresh Puri and Bhature daily.
• Knead, roll, and fry dough with proper technique.
• Maintain quality of oil and raw materials.
• Ensure cleanliness and kitchen hygiene at all times.
• Serve customers on time with good service quality.
• Assist in other basic kitchen/stall operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Prior cooking experience, especially in Puri and Bhature.
• Hardworking, honest, and punctual.
• Ability to work long shifts and under pressure.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹5,000 – ₹10,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
