Are you passionate about cooking? We are searching for a qualified Cook who has good knowledge and experience in Chinese (especially Momos and Dim Sum), Indian (Tandoori) and local Goan. Do you have an eye for detail and presentation?
Strong organisational skills, stock control and kitchen hygiene are essential as well as consistency in delivering quality products. Menu engineering, food costing, as well as training and development of staff are further aspects of the job. Interested candidates should email their CVs to [email protected].
