UI/UX & Creative Design Intern (Hybrid Role) Location: Hybrid / Noida Internship | Duration: 3–6 months | Probation: 15 days – 1 month (may be waived for strong performance) About Us Convolution Engineering Consultancy (CEC) is building BidWiser — a next-gen, AI-powered SaaS platform that is revolutionizing how engineering companies handle tenders and proposals. Our team is passionate about blending cloud-native architecture, Generative AI, and LLMOps into scalable, production-ready tools. About the Role We’re looking for a UI/UX & Creative Design Intern who will own the creative side of our SaaS product and brand. You’ll help revamp our Figma files, design new product flows, create engaging explainer videos, and manage digital marketing content . This is a great opportunity to build a full creative portfolio while contributing directly to a high-growth AI startup. What You’ll Do Review, revamp, and improve existing Figma design files for SaaS and website. Design mockups and flows for new product features. Create explainer videos, short clips, and visual assets for product demos & branding. Contribute to digital marketing efforts (blogs, content posting, brand consistency across platforms). Collaborate closely with developers and leadership to ensure design + marketing supports business goals. Requirements Portfolio of Figma designs and/or personal UI/UX projects. Creative bent of mind with attention to detail . Familiarity with at least one video generation / editing tool (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva, Descript, Runway, or similar). Willingness to explore digital marketing basics (blog management, posts, brand content). Open to learning new creative tools and adapting quickly. Good to have (Skills in any of these tools): UI/UX & Design Tools: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Balsamiq, Marvel. Creative/Video Tools: Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, CapCut, Runway, Descript. Collaboration Tools: Notion, Miro, Trello, Slack. Internship Details Probation: 15 days – 1 month (waived for exceptional performance). Duration: 3–6 months. Compensation: Stipend after probation based on performance. Direct exposure to real SaaS product design + digital marketing in an early-stage startup.
