Manager / Sr. Manager- KAM - Service Sales Hyderabad (Diversity) Role: Key Accounts Brief of Responsibilities (Created by US for Reference) : Managing all customer demands in the fastest way by ensuring customer satisfaction. Close Collaborations with outside service sales for complex on-demand sales. Improving Customer Account Data Quality. Research Contract and Identify/Plan key initiatives. Report Accurate Monthly Order Forecasting. Identify and record the Key Accounts needs and requirements. Responsible for expanding the relationship with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. Responsible for resolution of any issue or problem faced by customers and dealing with complaints to maintain customer trust. Own the accurate forecasting of orders, convertible orders, margins and sales for customers. Provide feedback regarding market trend, pricing and competition to product line marketing. Addition of business through new customers, acquisitions or direct accounts. Prepare and maintain required paperwork, reports and records. Responsible for correct products and services are delivered to customers on timely manner. Responsible for on time payment collection from customers.
