Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated SDR with prior experience in B2B SaaS sales. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, is skilled in engaging decision-makers, and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. Key Responsibilities Identify and qualify prospective e-commerce clients across various industries. Initiate contact through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Launch and manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns. Secure appointments with key decision-makers using strong persuasion and sales skills. Collaborate closely with senior team members to discover opportunities from inbound and outbound leads. Consistently meet and exceed sales development targets and KPIs. Must-Have Qualifications A graduate degree in any discipline. 1–2 years of experience in a Sales Development or Lead Generation role, preferably in a B2B SaaS company. Proven success in running outbound campaigns and setting qualified appointments. Familiarity with outbound sales outreach, including cold calling, emailing, and LinkedIn engagement. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Hands-on experience with sales outreach tools such as Outreach, Salesforce or similar. Comfort working US hours (5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST). Self-starter with a bias for action, data-driven mindset, and results orientation. Strong understanding of sales funnels and buyer behaviour in international markets, especially the US. Job Responsibility Management of the post-sales relationship of a portfolio of customer accounts to foster long-term business partnerships. Communicate telephonically with US based clients. Present and gather approvals on hypothesis for A/B testing and website improvement recommendations based on qualitative insights and quantitative data done by inhouse business analyst. Work with customers to establish critical goals, plan the entire account strategy or quarterly campaign launch/initiation plan & help customers in achieving their goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams like product & engineering, development etc to ensure project or campaigns are launched in a timely manner. Understand customer pain points and help drive escalations by coordinating between Product Management, Support groups and other cross teams. Present A/B test results to determine the impact on conversion and ROI. Increase customer satisfaction by understanding business needs and accurately matching our solutions and offerings to these needs Act as an escalation point to drive problem resolutions in a timely and proactive manner. Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention. Monitor customer health to track usage and customer satisfaction. Delivery of periodic (monthly / quarterly) Business Reviews with customers especially at the C-level and their stake holders. To review and analyse key metrics to demonstrate progress and provide recommendations. In concert with the Sales teams, forecast retention, renewal, and status for assigned accounts.
