Prepares periodic reports, financial statements and records on centre projects, progress, status or other special reports for management. Prepares budget proposals and recommendations and establishes a budget control system for controlling expenditures; controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations. Assist in the development and preparation of the strategy and general business plan for the centre and achieving the companys sales goals. P & L ownership - Monitor expenses and suggest cost-effective alternatives Monthly planning on footfall target based on the data for calling as per the target given along with the execution plan. To prevent lapse in Quality compliance to ensure closure on non-conformance raised during Quality/Compliance audits. Setting department targets & goals in coordination with the HOD. Supporting marketing initiatives to improve brand visibility and increase of footfalls to the centre. Assists in the development of the sales plan for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning. Data Management and Reporting - End to end activity, financial and client reporting for the centre.
