You will be joining a team as a Conversion & Retention Agent, working in a fast-paced and high-energy sales environment within the Capital Market and iGaming sectors. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into active clients and ensure their continued engagement and trading. Your responsibilities will include engaging new leads, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, upselling and cross-selling financial products, providing high-level client support to enhance retention rates, and consistently meeting or exceeding key performance indicators in a performance-oriented setting. To excel in this role, you should be native or fluent in English plus one of the following languages: Spanish, German, Dutch, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc. You should also have at least 12 years of experience in conversion and retention, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, be results-driven, motivated by performance and bonuses, and be able to work effectively under pressure within a target-driven team environment.
