About The Role We are in search of a talented and adaptable Marketing Designer to join our Brand & Creative team. The ideal candidate will be a proficient designer with a strong emphasis on conversion-focused design and a passion for creating visually appealing and impactful marketing materials. This role will primarily involve working on lifecycle and email marketing projects, while also contributing to design initiatives across various marketing channels. Duties And Responsibilities - Enhance and advance the Ethos design direction across multiple channels to ensure a cohesive brand experience in social media, lifecycle marketing, advertising, events, and visual communication touchpoints, with a key focus on email and lifecycle marketing. - Develop engaging and effective email campaigns, including templates, layouts, and graphics. - Create a large volume of compelling marketing content across different channels, from concept to implementation, encompassing email and social media campaigns, digital advertisements, landing pages, and other marketing platforms as necessary. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and product design teams to visually narrate the Ethos story through captivating visuals, icons, typography, photographs, animations, and infographics across all digital mediums and platforms. - Contribute to shaping the strategic vision and objectives of the design team by proposing ideas that deliver business or user value. - Lead impactful projects and initiatives in a dynamic setting. - Uphold and evolve the Ethos brand and design system to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. Qualifications And Skills - 4-6 years of professional experience in marketing design with a focus on digital marketing. - Profound understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition. - Impressive portfolio showcasing various design styles and capabilities. - Expertise in conversion-oriented design and a proven track record of creating high-performing marketing materials. - Experience in managing projects and processes from insights and ideation to validation and execution. - Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe CC and Figma. - Excellent communication skills to foster strong relationships with team members and cross-functional partners. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. - Strong aptitude for critical thinking and storytelling. - Openness to feedback in an iterative design process. - Capability to work independently, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and iterate promptly. - Preferred experience in the DTC or financial services industry. - Additional experience in photography, video editing, or animation is a plus.
