We are looking for a performance-driven leader who excels in building scalable acquisition strategies and optimizing ad performance to drive real revenue growth. If you have a passion for leading a team, cracking ad performance, and maximizing ROAS, then this opportunity is for you. In this role, you will be responsible for owning and scaling paid media across various platforms such as Meta, Google (PMax, Adv+, Catalog, Retargeting), and other ad channels. You will also lead a team of performance marketers, guiding and mentoring them to achieve outstanding results. Additionally, you will conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, and ad strategies to enhance funnel and CRO optimization for maximizing ROAS. A key aspect of this role involves making data-driven decisions by delving deep into analytics tools like GA4, Looker, and UTMs to optimize campaign performance. You will collaborate closely with content and design teams to develop high-performing ads as part of the creative strategy. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of hands-on performance marketing experience and possess strong team management and leadership skills. You should also demonstrate a track record of scaling ROAS-positive campaigns and have expertise in ad analytics, tracking, and attribution models.
