Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Intern, located on-site in South Delhi. The CRO Intern will assist with analyzing web data, optimizing conversion rates, and implementing strategies to enhance user experiences. Daily tasks include data collection, conducting A/B tests, and communicating findings to team members to drive continuous improvement. The role involves working closely with the marketing and development teams to develop and implement data-driven CRO strategies.

Role Overview

As a CRO Intern, you will assist in optimizing user journeys to improve website and landing page performance, ensuring better conversions for clients. This role is ideal for someone analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to explore digital marketing and user experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in conversion audits and identify user drop-off points.
• Suggest & implement color, layout, and design changes to enhance UX. track design experiments.
• Prepare reports on conversion improvements & insights.

Requirements:

• Understanding of design principles, UI/UX, and color psychology.
• Familiarity with Figma, Canva.
• Analytical mindset with sharp attention to detail.
• Interest in digital marketing & CRO.
• Eagerness to learn how data drives conversion success.
• Basic knowledge of Shopify (a plus)
