The company aims to revolutionize traditional education methods in India. Our team consists of over 100 professionals who are deeply passionate about early education and dedicated to establishing a strong educational foundation for young children through our innovative teaching programs. Our primary goal is to shift away from rote learning towards meaningful learning experiences that have a lasting impact on students" lives. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join the Learn2Read team. The ideal candidate should possess strong sales skills, a persistent attitude, and a customer-centric approach. Key Responsibilities: - Gain a thorough understanding of the teaching module offered by Learn2Read - Contact leads to encourage them to sign up for demo classes - Record demo feedback and conduct conversion calls - Allocate students to a specific batch and assign them a teacher for their classes This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including cell phone and internet reimbursement. The work schedule is during the day, and applicants must have their own laptop. Proficiency in English is required, while knowledge of Hindi is preferred. The work location for this position is in Jaipur. Learn2Read was established in 2020 by Varshika Jain. We currently have over 800 phonics readers with a satisfaction rate of 98%, catering to students in more than 15 different countries. Our interactive teaching methods focus on helping children learn essential reading skills, from letter sounds and blending to enhancing vocabulary and language proficiency. Through our programs, we aim to ignite children's imagination, boost their confidence, and improve their reading fluency, pronunciation, spelling, comprehension, and overall language skills.,
