This role will focus on Merch Financial Planning and configuration within the O9 platform. You'll work closely with program leads, engineers, and key business stakeholders to enable Converse to optimize product allocation, inventory, and financial planning processes. Who We Are Looking For This position is ideal for a seasoned O9 Consultant with a strong background in Merch Financial Planning and platform configuration. The ideal candidate has: 5+ years of hands-on experience configuring and implementing O9 solutions, specifically in Merch Financial Planning. Proven expertise in retail, supply chain, or business planning domains. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field. Deep understanding of agile principles and practices, with a track record of growing high-performing teams. Strong problem-solving skills, collaborative mindset, and ability to bridge technology and business strategy. Ability to quickly learn new technologies and frameworks. What You'll Work On In this role, you will: Lead the configuration, development, and maintenance of O9 applications supporting Merch Financial Planning and global business decisions.
