Additionally, you will collaborate with Architects and customers to understand business processes and system requirements, design Power platform solutions independently, and develop solutions using a combination of automation technologies. In this role, you must hold the PL 400 certification as an Advanced developer in Power Platform and have hands-on experience in Power Platform implementations, Agile methodologies, working with JSON, XML & RESTful API, object-oriented programming languages, and external integrations. Knowledge of RPA and DevOps tooling is desirable, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills. We are looking to hire people with strong Power Platform skills and an interest in learning new technologies in the process automation space such as RPA, AI/ML, Cognitive, Conversational Chat, and Gen AI. The role requires a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience, with at least 3+ years of hands-on experience on Power Platform. You should have a detailed understanding of canvas apps, model-driven apps, power pages along with their limitations, application, and key features. Additionally, you should have a detailed understanding of Power Automate digital flows and Power Automate desktop, basic knowledge of Power BI and Power virtual agents, basic AI concepts using AI builder and Co-Pilot, knowledge of Dataverse and its concepts around security and automation, as well as knowledge of environment management using the CoE toolkit, security groups, and controls around the tenant. Database knowledge of at least one RDBMS product (SQL, Oracle, etc.) is required. You will be expected to interface with Architects and customers to understand business processes and system requirements, architect and design Power platform solutions independently, lead a development team, and support with technical queries during engagement delivery. Experience in developing solutions using a combination of automation technologies like Power Platform, AI/ML, and RPA is essential. Certification as a PL 600 Solution Architect in Power Platform is preferred. The ideal candidate will mentor junior developers on Power Platform best practices and standards, have hands-on experience on Power Platform implementations including Apps, Automations, Dataverse designs, power BI, etc., possess deep knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies, and have experience working with JSON, XML & RESTful API. Experience in Object-Oriented programming languages like C#, Java, or dotnet full stack, and working with at least one external integration such as Web service, ESB, etc., is desirable. Knowledge of RPA and DevOps tooling is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required, along with the ability to write clear, understandable logic for maintainable code that meets design specifications.
