Location

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy conversational bots using
Dialogflow (CX/ES)
or equivalent platforms.
Implement
NLP and NLU models
to accurately understand user intents and entities.
Develop backend integrations using
Python or Node.js
to connect bots with APIs, databases, and enterprise systems.
Build multi-channel bot experiences (Web, Mobile, WhatsApp, Voice, etc.).
Optimize conversation flows for
usability, accuracy, and contextual handling
.
Implement logging, monitoring, and analytics for bot performance and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with UX designers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into conversational journeys.
Ensure security, compliance, and best practices in bot design (PII handling, authentication).

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience with
Dialogflow (CX/ES)
and conversational AI platforms.
Strong programming skills in
Python or Node.js
.
Solid understanding of
NLP/NLU concepts
and conversational design principles.
Experience with
REST APIs, webhook development, and third-party integrations
.
Familiarity with
cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure)
for deployment and scalability.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
