The candidate for this Full Time position based in Bangalore should have 8-10 years of sales experience and will report to the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. The primary responsibility will be managing large enterprise accounts within the assigned region/territory. Key responsibilities include meeting enterprise account quota, strategizing acquisition and farming plans for named enterprise accounts, accurate forecasting, fostering teamwork, building and maintaining professional networks, and collaborating effectively with peers. Requirements for this role include a Graduate/Management Graduate/Engineer qualification, 8-10 years of sales experience in the specified territory, a proven track record in managing enterprise accounts with established connections, specifically in selling solutions into data centers. Experience in selling server/storage/backup solutions is preferred, along with knowledge of Enterprise Storage, Data Management solutions, Virtualization, Converged and Hyper Converged Solutions. The candidate should have experience selling in Mid to Enterprise Accounts, possess strong business acumen, planning and analytical skills, and be self-motivated to work in a high-growth environment. Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to connect at a senior level, and willingness to travel as needed are also required for this role.,
