Seeking for Manager/Sr. Manager - Design with more than 7 years of relevant experience in Design & Engineering A Senior Designer well experienced in Structural steel industry who can independently handle the structural designs, coordinates with clients, procurement, projects & fabrication teams. Responsibilities Tender designs, new enquiries providing feasibility study & preliminary estimates Alternative designs for cost optimization Preliminary estimation of structural steel quantities Detailed design of projects Responsible for load calculation, Member design, connection design & overseeing the GA drawing preparation & checking Responsible for preparation of design documents Shall coordinate with Clients for design approvals etc Shall coordinate with Engineering Drawing office, Procurement, fabrication, Erection & Project Management Teams Shall lead a small team of Engineers. Assigning the work & checking R Experience in design of High-Rise buildings, PEB & conventional structures Experience in coordinating large scale infra projects like Airport terminals, station buildings, stadiums etc Understands the Working knowledge / on hand experience on Staadpro, ETABS Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & TEKLA Able to manage a small team of Designers Able to guide the draftsman & check the drawings Good communication skills
