Urgent : Tool Room Head (Mold Making for Precision Plastic Parts) @ Vatva, Ahmedabad { Candidates , from Ahmedabad & vicinity will be preferred) Our client is a leading manufacturer of precision plastic parts, dedicated to quality & innovation. They manufacture & assemble precision plastic injection moulded parts for leading domestic & international OEM for different market segments. They offer innovative solutions for conversion of wood & metallic parts into engineering plastic components. They have successfully developed more than 1500 products & offer a full range of precision injection moulding technologies including insert & over-moulding utilizing state-of-the art equipment. Their facilities & experienced man-power process all type engineering plastic materials including high temperature materials like PEEK, PPS, PPA, PEI, Nylon 46 etc. They follow a PPAP method assuring adherence to quality process & delivering quality products. They specialize in mold making & are looking for a skilled Tool Room Head to lead the operations. Location: Vatva, Ahmedabad Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. Approximately 10 years of experience in mold making, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Job Responsibilities: Oversee tool room operations & manage the mold making process for precision plastic parts. Design, develop, & optimize molds to meet production requirements. Proficient in VMC, EDM, wire cut, & conventional machining processes.. Plan & execute mold modifications to enhance productivity & accuracy. Ensure timely delivery of projects by effective planning & resource management. Lead a team of technicians & engineers, providing training. Ensure compliance with safety & quality standards. Collaborate with production & engineering teams to improve processes & reduce costs. Strong understanding of mold design & planning to meet customer delivery dates.
