Role: Assistant Sales Manager Work Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6 to 8 years Responsibilities - Execute strategic sales plans focusing on solution selling in the controls/BMS sector. - Identify and engage potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored solutions. - Drive sales initiatives in the Hyderabad region and the rest of the South region, with a specific focus on pure sales for Sales Engineers. - Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of controls/BMS systems to effectively communicate product features and benefits. - Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of controls/BMS solutions. - Foster strong relationships with existing and potential clients and provide technical support. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and areas for business expansion. - Take ownership of the Hyderabad region to achieve sales targets. Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. - 6-8 years of hands-on experience in hardcore sales of controls/BMS products. - Proven track record in solution selling of controls/BMS Sales. - In-depth knowledge of controls and building Management Systems products. - Strong negotiation and closing skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team. - Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
