Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner. Answer and direct incoming calls, taking messages as necessary. Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized. Receive and distribute mail and deliveries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Provide information and assistance to visitors and employees. Handle administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and photocopying. Maintain a professional and presentable appearance. Ensure security by following procedures, controlling access (monitoring logbook, issuing visitor badges). Assist with other administrative duties as assigned.
