Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Instrumentation Design Engineer to join our Engineering Team at Pyramid E&C. The ideal candidate should have 10-20 years of experience in detailed instrumentation engineering and design for Oil & Gas EPC. Responsibilities: Preparation and review of instrumentation deliverables including P&IDs, instrument index, hook-ups, cable routing, JB layouts , and single-line diagrams . Preparation of instrument data sheets and specifications for field instruments (pressure, temperature, flow, level), control valves, and analyzers. Design and specification of DCS/PLC/SCADA-based control systems . Technical bid evaluation and vendor document review. Development and approval of installation drawings , MTOs , and equipment layouts in 2D/3D environment. Co-ordination with internal disciplines (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Process) and vendors for alignment of design requirements. Participation in FAT, SAT, commissioning and plant start-up activities. Ensure compliance with applicable industry codes and standards such as ISA, IEC, API, etc. Lead a team of instrumentation engineers, designers, and draughtsmen. Technical Competencies: In-depth knowledge of Instrumentation Design and Engineering . Hands-on experience with control system architecture, loop drawings , and interlock philosophy . Proficiency in detailed engineering of greenfield and brownfield projects. Software Skills: Experience with SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI / Intools) , SP3D , PDMS , E3D , and other enterprise-level engineering platforms. The Rapid Assess Developer will be responsible for implementing, testing, and deploying features to the Rapid Assess product. This role will follow the prioritized roadmap items and adhere to the business and technical direction set by the Rapid Assess Product Owner and Rapid Assess Lead Developer. The developer will be tasked with writing backend features and functions in Python, as well as developing frontend features using JavaScript frameworks such as React Roles and Responsibilities Implement, test, and deploy features for the Rapid Assess product. Develop backend features and functions using Python, with a focus on frameworks such as Flask or Django. Create and enhance frontend features using JavaScript and frameworks like React. Conduct unit testing and collaborate closely with a Quality Assurance Analyst to resolve any identified defects. Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support web application functionality. Participate in agile development processes, including backlog prioritization and sprint planning. Deploy and manage applications in AWS, ensuring robust and scalable cloud solutions Utilize Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, such as Terraform, for efficient deployment and management of cloud resources.
