Control System Engineer

As a Control System Engineer at Flux Auto, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to solving complex challenges in autonomous technology and robotics. Your role will involve developing algorithms, designing path tracking controllers for various vehicle models, implementing control algorithms on real-time embedded systems, and collaborating with other departments to ensure consistency in the department stack. You will work towards achieving autonomy levels 3 and 4 by continuously testing algorithms on simulations and vehicle systems for verification and validation. Key Responsibilities: - Develop algorithms for autonomous vehicle technology - Design path tracking controllers for various vehicle models - Implement control algorithms on real-time embedded systems - Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency in the department stack Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering/Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in control system development and software engineering - Proficiency in C or C++ - Experience in control architecture design - Hands-on experience with Model Predictive Control (MPC) and other optimal control methods - Knowledge of data-driven modeling techniques - Strong foundation in classical, modern, and optimal control theory - Familiarity with code optimization, ROS/ROS2 for real-time control applications, and software development skills Additional Company Details: Flux Auto specializes in developing autonomous vehicle technology for commercial and industrial applications, aiming to democratize autonomous vehicle technology globally.
