As the Manager Equipment at Linde, you will be responsible for design, detail engineering, selection of instruments & equipments, and control system. Your role will encompass complete project management tasks such as cost estimation, preparation of BOM, order indent, and timely installation & commissioning of systems. Additionally, you will coordinate preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues at the site. In this role, you will utilize your expertise in Process control instrumentation and automation to provide inputs for the development of equipment P&IDs and Schematic Wiring drawings. You will also handle process control applications including Flow metering and control skids, combustion systems, and cryogenic cooling systems. Furthermore, you will be involved in the preparation of control philosophy write-ups, coordination with control system programmers for software logics and HMI development, testing, and implementation. Your responsibilities will also include the preparation of IO List, JB schedule, and instrument location hook up details. To excel in this role, you should hold a B.E/Diploma/M.Sc. in Instrumentation & Control Engineering with 3 - 8 Years of experience in the Control and Instrumentation field in a state-of-the-art continuous process industry. You must be well-versed in the selection & sizing of valves and instruments, as well as relevant engineering codes & standards.
