Control & Safety System Engineer

As a Control & Safety System Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team within the Energy sector. Your primary location will be in Nanterre for 4 months, followed by a transition to Nashik, India for 16 months. Your responsibilities in Nanterre will include: - Developing or revising technical specifications for DCS/SIS systems - Designing or refining control-command architectures (ICSS) - Contributing to basic and detailed ICSS studies - Monitoring internal and external interfaces - Participating in the validation activities for the installation of control, safety, fire, and gas systems - Drafting functional specifications, including functional analysis, control narratives, cause & effect matrices, and logic diagrams Upon relocating to Nashik, your tasks will involve: - Monitoring and coordinating with the engineering team at POC - Coordination and participation in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) at the vendor's site in Nashik The ideal candidate for this role should possess: - Knowledge of Control & Safety Systems specific to the Oil & Gas industry - Familiarity with ICSS Offshore/Onshore, Network systems - Understanding of processes and F&G regulations in Oil & Gas environments - Ability to collaborate effectively with internal engineering disciplines and external parties (partners, subcontractors, vendors) - Expertise in the installation and validation aspects of ICSS systems - Understanding of LNG processes - Familiarity with applicable standards such as ISA 5.1/2/3/4/5/6 and IEC61511/62443, and potentially IEC61511 Certification (TUV QUALI-SIL) - Proficiency in English If you are interested in this position, please submit your application.
