The role of an Internal Auditor is to provide support to the Finance Governance team by maintaining a robust Control Framework and overseeing SOD reporting and monitoring activities in Europe and North America. This includes collaborating with key stakeholders such as control owners, Internal Auditors, and External Auditors for SOX controls scoping, updating, maintenance, administration, and testing. It is essential to ensure that all controls-related documentation adheres to standard European Business Processes and is managed in a timely manner using appropriate document management tools. Regular reviews of business process documentation and work instructions should be conducted to validate the integration of key controls into the business processes. Additionally, the Internal Auditor is responsible for identifying, analyzing, assessing potential risks, and providing advice on appropriate Risk Management Actions. Coordinating and scheduling Audit and SOX Testing for Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), as well as monitoring feedback during and after Internal & External Audit reviews, are crucial aspects of the role. The Internal Auditor must ensure that all SOX Control Related documentation, such as process designs and maps, work instructions, Risk and Control matrix, System Transactions, etc., is kept up to date. Furthermore, assisting with Training preparations related to new or modified processes in alignment with SOX implications is a key responsibility. Promoting Risk and Control awareness and ensuring their integration into processes and work routines are also part of the role. The main responsibilities of this role include performing various tasks such as Risk Assessments, Process Walkthroughs, documenting Process Narratives and Flow Diagrams, finalizing Risk and Control Matrix, conducting Test of Control Effectiveness, supporting remediation efforts for control failures in compliance with SOX and ISAE SSAE. This role also involves performing Interventions and Special Assignments at Client Engagements to identify reasons for operational failures, critical errors, and process weaknesses. Additionally, the responsibilities include conducting Root Cause Analysis, remediating and resolving causes, and reporting to internal and external stakeholders on risk trackers and remediation status. The ideal candidate should possess reasonable knowledge of processes like AP, AR, and RTR, along with reasonable knowledge of F&A Audit Processes including Internal Operational and Financial Audits. Knowledge of key F&A compliances such as ISAE 3402, SSAE 16, and SOX is required. Strong analytical skills, spreadsheet skills, and an excellent command over the English language are essential for this role. Experience of working in a GBS delivery environment and executing Analytical Procedures using currently available tools is preferred. Desirable knowledge of ERP or Information System Design and Operation (e.g., SAP, Oracle Financials) and reasonable knowledge of Information Technology (ITGC Controls, Information Systems Audit) are also beneficial. Your key responsibilities will include having a deep understanding of various dairy products such as Liquid Milk, Butter, Ghee, Powder, Cheese, Paneer, Whey Processing production, preservation, and utilization. You must have prior experience in Green field/Brown field Project conceptualization, detail engineering, Planning, Budgeting, execution, commissioning, and Project Handover process. Proficiency in Equipment design, selection criteria, GMP concept, Process flow, HACCP, AutoCAD, MS Project, and ensuring technical and quality control of the Dairy processing industry is essential. Your role will involve working on Plant Equipment Saturation, debottlenecking, and equipment OEE. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing FDS of the process, control matrix, process validation, and Process Mapping for the optimum utilization of equipment.
