Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Control Desk Operator located in Kuwait. The Control Desk Operator will be responsible for monitoring and managing control processes, ensuring the efficiency of operations, and maintaining high standards of quality control. Day-to-day tasks will involve troubleshooting issues, coordinating with team members, and maintaining accurate records of activities. Additional duties include security monitoring and conducting training sessions for new staff.
