Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic Electrical and Automation Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to support automation projects, industrial control systems, and electrical design. The ideal candidate will work on PLC programming, SCADA systems, industrial networking, and troubleshooting electrical and automation systems in manufacturing or process industries. Role & responsibilities: Electrical & Automation Systems: - Assist in designing, programming, and commissioning industrial automation systems. - Work with PLCs, SCADA, HMI, DCS, and industrial communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, Profibus, Profinet, Ethernet/IP). - Support the installation, testing, and maintenance of electrical panels, drives (VFDs), sensors, and control systems. - Troubleshoot electrical and automation system failures to ensure minimal downtime. Project Execution & Support: - Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and clients to implement automation solutions. - Participate in PLC/HMI programming, configuration, and testing for industrial applications. - Assist in system integration of automation with MES, ERP, and IIoT platforms. - Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards (IEC, NEC) and industry best practices. Documentation & Reporting: - Maintain technical documentation, including wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and system configurations. - Prepare reports on system performance, troubleshooting logs, and maintenance records. Continuous Improvement & Learning: - Stay updated with emerging technologies in automation, Industry 4.0, and industrial robotics. - Support the adoption of energy-efficient and smart automation solutions. Qualifications & Skills: Technical Skills: - Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider, Mitsubishi, etc.). - Experience with SCADA/HMI systems (Wonderware, WinCC, Ignition, etc.). - Understanding of electrical schematics, control circuits, and industrial wiring. - Basic knowledge of robotics, IIoT, and cloud-based automation solutions (preferred). Preferred candidate profile 2-3 years of experience in electrical and industrial automation systems. Hands-on experience with control panels, PLC programming, and industrial networks.
