We are seeking a creative and technical UI/UX Engineer who can transform complex requirements into intuitive and visually appealing experiences for web and mobile platforms. As a UI/UX Engineer, you will collaborate with product managers, marketers, and MERN developers to design, prototype, and implement user-centric features for IT AMC dashboards, digital marketing portals, and SaaS products. While the role is currently remote, occasional in-office sessions will be required once our new studio opens. Your responsibilities will include leading discovery workshops, creating user personas, journey maps, and task flows. You will rapidly iterate low- to high-fidelity concepts in tools like Figma, validate designs through stakeholder walkthroughs, and craft polished UI components, micro-interactions, and responsive layouts that adhere to brand guidelines and WCAG accessibility standards. Additionally, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a reusable component library in collaboration with engineering, conducting usability tests, and supporting front-end implementation. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in UI/UX design or front-end engineering for web or mobile platforms. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is required, along with a solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout grids, and motion design. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, and React components is preferred. Familiarity with accessibility standards, ARIA roles, and collaboration skills are also essential. Experience with LLM-powered products, design tokens/theming, A/B testing, motion design, and Agile/Lean environments is a plus.
