(Civil ) Experience: 12 - 15 years Location: PAN India Industry Preference: EPC / Infrastructure / Construction Job Description: We are hiring Senior Engineers / Managers with 12 - 15 years of experience in Planning / Commercial / Contracts Administration / Sub-Contracts functions for large-scale EPC/Infrastructure projects. Candidates with expertise in one or more of the below roles are encouraged to apply. 1. Planning Engineer / Manager Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera (P6) / MS Project. Prepare baseline programs, track progress, and conduct delay/critical path analysis. Coordinate with site and project teams for resource allocation and execution monitoring. Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports and recommend corrective actions. 2. Commercial Engineer / Manager Review and administer contracts, ensuring compliance with commercial terms. Handle claims, variations, and contractual disputes. Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, and cash flow. Support procurement and vendor negotiations for cost optimization. 3. Sub-Contracts Engineer / Manager (Civil ) Prepare tender packages, invite bids, and evaluate subcontractor proposals. Negotiate terms and finalize subcontract agreements. Monitor subcontractor performance, progress, and payments. Review and resolve subcontractor claims, variations, and disputes. 4. Contracts Administration Engineer / Manager Draft, review, administer agreements in line with project and client requirements. Ensure compliance with contractual terms, scope of work, and commercial conditions. Conduct risk assessments related to subcontractor performance and contractual compliance Review and evaluate subcontractor claims and invoices. Negotiate claims, variations, and extensions of time (EOT). Support dispute resolution processes with contractors and clients. Key Skills & Competencies: Project Planning & Scheduling (Primavera P6 / MS Project) Contract & Commercial Management (EPC, FIDIC) Subcontract Administration & Negotiation Cost Control & Budgeting Risk Assessment & Mitigation Strong Analytical, Leadership & Communication Skills Desired Candidate Profile: B.Tech / B.E. in Civil 12 - 15 years of proven experience in Planning, Commercial, Contracts Administration, Sub-Contracts Strong knowledge of EPC/Infrastructure project frameworks, contract laws, and cost control. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
