Plan all the works and monitor the same. Identify the risk and propose mitigation. Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Coordination with Design Consultants for ensure deliverables of all Electrical and co-ordination drawings and SLD, Schematic drawings etc. Collect Shop drawings from vendor for respective packages and get it validate with ELECTRICAL consultants and issue contractors to execute the work. Getting work method of statement from respective ELECTRICAL package from contractor and get it approved from consultants Execute and monitor in all the ELECTRICAL related work Setting up the MEP Quality Manual, Inspection Testing Plan Ensure all the MIRs ar certified before using at site, also ensure consultants representee too signed Setting up Documentation Process with respect to all services equipment Track ELECTRICAL materials delivery and maintain long lead items delivery tracker Monitoring whether construction measures relating to the building are in conformity with the Design (GFC drawings) and the bills of quantities Participating Testing, commissioning of services activities and maintain testing certificates, checklist etc. Verification, evaluation and implementation of accompanying changes to the works and recommend to client for approval. Obtain relevant, necessary O & M documents, guaranty and warranties Ensure smooth handover of ELECTRICAL packages Required education BE/ BTech - Electrical Years of experience 7+ Specific skills or certifications Have worked on ELECTRICAL project with both high side and low side for commercial project. Support the Technical Manager in managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing installations & all Civil maintenance within the facility. Responsible for preparation of critical spares list for all installations as per manufacturers recommendations and plan for the inventory where the maintenance is carried out with in-house teams. Implement and oversee the pre-emptive maintenance programme to reduce the risk of sudden failures of critical equipment. Assist the Technical Manager to review the maintenance/service practices of M&E Contractors to deliver quality work practices in line with the manufacturer recommendations. Maintain the logbooks, checklists and PPM schedules for all M & E installations Manage Downtime/ Breakdowns. Arrange for ad-hoc M&E set ups as per the client requirement from time to time; Ensure the contractors follow the house rules at all times and the projects are handled with minimum inconvenience to the Client. Assume AFM responsibilities if need arises. Responsible to handle the shifts independently on all Engineering related matters.

Building Inspector Requirements: Bachelors degree in engineering, architecture, or building inspection technology. Proven work experience as a Building Inspector. Knowledge of construction design techniques. Knowledge of construction materials, plumbing, electrical systems, heating systems, and sewerage systems. Advanced mathematical skills. Ability to make difficult decisions. Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction designs. Ability to travel and work irregular hours. A good eye for detail.

What this job involves: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Assistant Project Manager with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure the successful planning, execution, and delivery of MEP components in construction projects. What your day-to-day will look like: Assist in the coordination and management of MEP aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. Support the Project Manager in developing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation for MEP systems. Review and interpret MEP drawings, specifications, and other technical documents. Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure MEP system integration and compliance with project requirements. Monitor MEP work progress and quality, reporting any deviations or issues to the Project Manager. Assist in the preparation of project reports, change orders, and other documentation related to MEP systems. Participate in site inspections and meetings to address MEP-related concerns and ensure adherence to project timelines. Help manage relationships with vendors and subcontractors involved in MEP installations. Support the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations. Assist in tracking and managing MEP-related costs and budgets. Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Minimum 7- 12 years experience Required Skills and Experience: must have Residential experience, Electrical/Mechanical Engineer with knowledge in HVAC systems both high side and low side

1) 15 years of experience in Liaisoning and Planning. 2) Liaisoning Experience with: MCGM, MHADA, SRA for Sanctioning of Projects, issue of IOA/IOD/CC/Further CC/OC permission, Plans Approval, Release of TDR 3) Experience in compliance report, data sheet, and post monitoring report for MOEF 4) Experience of Preparing feasibility report of new development/ redevelopment project under various scheme of DCR. 5) Site handling experience of Residential Projects. 6) Knowledge of AUTO CAD Drawing. 7) Well-Coordinated with Design Architect, Consultant, Contractors, Vendors. 8) Experience in making plans of various civil works. 9) High Problem solving , analytical skills.
