Experience : Essential: 2 to 4 Years of experience in Project activities in the Manufacturing sector related Aluminum/Metal. Desired: Experience in Erection and Commissioning of Mechanical/Electrical Equipment / Packages. 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing plant with at least 2-3 years in a projects execution working experience. Job Profile: - Review blueprints, technical drawings, schematics etc. for project execution and guide the site teams in implementation and execution of the same on the ground Guide the development and implementation of operating procedures for mechanical / electrical / civil construction aspects for the project Review the design and specifications for products, systems, equipment and processes for all projects and ensure that they are as per the engineering designs and requirements Investigate equipment failures and difficulties to diagnose faulty operation, and make recommendations to maintenance crew Oversee installation, operation and maintenance of machines and equipment to ensure that they are functioning according to specifications. Direct the contractors team in execution of design specifications and evaluate their performance on a periodic basis Ensure that maintenance and safety procedures, service schedules etc are in place and monitor adherence of the site teams to the same. Highlight budget deviations to the Project managers and investigate reasons for the same from the contractor teams. Ensure availability of equipment and supplies across locations, for the purpose of project execution. Coordinate with the Project procurement teams for timely procurement and delivery of requisite materials, as per requirements. Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the project execution Provide weekly status update reports to project managers to update on progress in project as per timelines. Core Competencies: Problem-Solving & Analytical skills Design techniques, tools/equipment, blueprints, drawings, and models AutoCAD General Age -27 to 35 years. CTC 3.5 LPA to 6.5 LPA approx.
