As a Critical Data Center Facilities Operations Support, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily operations of critical data center facilities across the globe. Your duties will include ensuring compliance with both JLL and client policies as well as financial regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for coordinating and monitoring both preventative and reactive maintenance schedules, which includes managing vendors and overseeing contractors. An essential aspect of your role will be to enforce strict access control procedures to uphold site security and regulatory compliance standards. Additionally, you will be required to maintain detailed records and logs for various activities such as work orders, incidents, risk assessments, and maintenance tasks. Collaboration with internal and external technical teams will be necessary to facilitate issue resolution and maintain operational efficiency. In the event of incidents, you will be expected to manage responses to alarms, raise tickets, document incidents, and assist in root cause analysis investigations. Your role will also involve the completion of operational tasks such as remote hands activities (racking, patching, cable management, equipment decommissioning) with precision and efficiency. Furthermore, you will support internal and external audits by preparing documentation and ensuring compliance verifications. Your contribution to improving site procedures, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Operating Procedures (EOPs), Method of Procedures (MOPs), and operational best practices will be essential. Lastly, you will be responsible for fostering a culture of health, safety, and risk management in alignment with JLL and client standards.
