As a Contracts professional at Arihant, your responsibilities will include contractor development and selection, drafting work orders with technical terms and conditions, reviewing and finalizing BOQ and tender documents, ensuring timely execution by contractors, and managing contracts as per the specified clauses. You will also coordinate and verify contractors" extra items, finalize civil, MEP finishing contract packages, float tenders, compare quotes, negotiate with bidders, and handle ERP software for work orders. If you are a B.Tech/B.E. Civil graduate with experience in contract management and a passion for the real estate industry, this is an exciting opportunity for you.
