As a skilled Technical Consultant with proven experience in Infor M3, MEC/ION, and integrating external systems (third-party platforms), your primary responsibility will involve analyzing technical requirements for integrating M3 with third-party systems through APIs, XML, EDI, etc. You will be expected to design, develop, and test integrations using tools like Infor ION, IEC, web services, mashups, and custom logic. Additionally, you will install, configure, and maintain Infor Localization Services Platform (LSP) to ensure compliance with regional fiscal and legal requirements, particularly in Mexico. Ensuring proper communication between M3 and tax authorities or PACs (authorized certification providers) will be crucial. You will be required to develop and support BODs, mappings (XSLT), and events for business process automation. In case of integration failures, performance issues, or LSP configuration errors, troubleshooting and debugging will be part of your routine tasks. Collaboration with functional consultants, end-users, and project stakeholders is essential to ensure the proper technical delivery. Furthermore, documenting technical specifications, testing scenarios, and user manuals will be expected. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Infor ION, IEC, and MEC for integrations is necessary. Proficiency in working with web services, APIs, XML, and EDI mappings is required. A good understanding of Smart Office SDK, mashups, and Jscript development is essential. Strong SQL knowledge and a general understanding of ERP data structures are also expected. Familiarity with Infor OS, Ming.le, Event Hub, and StreamServe is beneficial. Experience with Localization Services Platform (LSP) installation and configuration is a plus. Desirable skills include implementing Mexican localization (CFDI, Addenda, SAT reports) using LSP and ION/M3 BODs. Exposure to localizations in other regions such as e-invoicing in the EU or LATAM is advantageous. Additionally, experience in data migration, master data mapping, and ERP rollouts will be beneficial for this role.,
