IT Administrator Company Overview PredioAI is an AI-powered data and intelligence platform for CRE fund managers. We help real estate firms maximize portfolio value through integrated expertise across Real Estate, Finance, and AI . We’re building a unified TechOps and IT Governance team to manage company-wide IT infrastructure, network security, collaboration tools, and DevOps support. 🎯 Role Summary We are seeking an experienced IT & Network Engineer / Systems Administrator to lead the setup, management, and security of our corporate IT environment. This role will own the day-to-day operations of PredioAI’s toolset , including Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Slack, VPN, endpoint management, and security frameworks (SOC2 readiness). You will collaborate closely with leadership across India, the U.S., and Canada to build a secure, scalable, and well-documented IT foundation for the organization. 🔧 Key Responsibilities 1. Tool & Network Administration Manage and administer Microsoft 365 , SharePoint, OneDrive, Slack, Zoom, and related collaboration tools. Set up, configure, and manage user accounts, groups, and permissions via Azure AD or similar directory service. Oversee device management (Intune/Jamf/MDM) for both Windows and Mac endpoints. Establish secure VPN access and manage internal/external connectivity. · Enforce Conditional Access Policies , manage Microsoft 365 license assignments , and audit Entra ID (Azure AD) users and roles · Stay vigilant for system vulnerabilities via Microsoft Defender for Endpoint or equivalent EDR tools 2. Security & Compliance Implement and maintain multi-factor authentication (MFA) , password policies, and endpoint protection tools. Coordinate with the CTO on SOC 2 readiness and IT security documentation. Perform regular access audits, patch management, and vulnerability reviews . Maintain logs for compliance and support data retention policies. Review and respond to Microsoft Defender for Cloud alerts and threat reports . Implement and document identity and access governance policies , including MFA enforcement and password rotation. 3. Tool Consolidation & Integration Inventory all PredioAI IT tools, accounts, and subscriptions identify redundancies. Lead migration and consolidation into a single, secure environment (M365/SharePoint or equivalent). Support integration with CRM (HubSpot), project management, and marketing platforms. 4. Support & Operations Serve as primary point of contact for IT helpdesk issues (passwords, onboarding/offboarding, licenses, etc.) triage, escalate, and resolve issues efficiently Develop and maintain SOPs for IT operations , including onboarding, backups, and access provisioning. Manage vendors, renewal tracking, and software license utilization reports. 5. Documentation & Reporting Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems architecture, inventory tools, and access control. Maintain documentation for system monitoring dashboards, alert configurations, and security response workflows Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for user provisioning, license reporting, and repetitive task automation Prepare monthly IT operations and utilization reports. Work closely with India Ops and leadership on tool spend and optimization. 🧠 Qualifications Required: 4–6 years of experience in IT systems administration, network engineering, or security operations . Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 Admin, Azure AD, Intune, SharePoint administration . Familiarity with VPN, DNS, and endpoint management tools . Strong understanding of information security best practices and audit readiness (SOC2, ISO 27001) . Excellent documentation, communication, and coordination skills across time zones. Preferred: Experience setting up IT infrastructure from scratch. Experience in SaaS or IT services environments . Exposure to DevOps or cloud environments (AWS/Azure) . Familiarity with automation tools (Power Automate, Zapier, etc.).
