As a Project Manager Internal Designer at our company in Chennai, you will be part of the Design and Engineering department. We are a team of young and experienced professionals specializing in Interior Designing, Decorating, Contracting Works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing), and Civil works for Retail and Turnkey projects. With over 16 years of experience, we handle projects from the drawing board to commissioning, ensuring customer satisfaction through the supply and installation of various materials. Your main responsibility will involve planning, coordinating, and executing projects within the defined budget, timeline, and scope. You will be tasked with monitoring project deliverables, updating stakeholders on progress, coaching project team members, and conducting site visits for design reviews with customers. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, a strong business acumen in project planning and management, and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in commercial interior designing, office fit-outs, MEP, and civil works. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule, and the work location is in person.
