This pivotal role will be responsible for ensuring the company's legal integrity, regulatory adherence, and effective contract lifecycle management. Additionally, you will develop company-wide legal, compliance, and contract management policies, communicate policies to all employees, design and develop interactive dashboards to visualize key metrics, collect, analyze, and interpret data, define and track relevant KPIs, generate regular reports and presentations, and automate data collection and reporting. To be successful in this role, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) required; Master's degree (LLM) or equivalent preferred, along with 10+ years of experience in legal, compliance, and contract management.
