This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced professional who can manage complex legal matters related to property and finance transactions, contracts, leasing, compliance, and dispute resolution. The individual will work closely with senior management, the legal team to ensure the companys activities are conducted in full legal compliance and aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including lease agreements, sub-lease agreements, service agreements, property management contracts, facility management contracts, design and build contracts.
