You will be responsible for various tasks including removing unwanted elements, cleaning plates, and performing object retouching. Additionally, you will be involved in background restoration and reconstruction using paint and patching tools, grain matching, frame interpolation, and wire/rig removal. It will be your duty to oversee all paint/cleanup tasks to ensure visual consistency. You will also guide the team on complex clean plate generation, rig removal, and retouching. Regular reviews, feedback provision, and ensuring delivery timelines will be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you must possess excellent cloning, patching, and continuity judgment skills. An artistic eye coupled with strong technical execution is essential. Proficiency in detailed paintwork and cleanup techniques is required. Strong communication and mentoring abilities are also key skills needed for this position. Proficiency in software such as Photoshop, Silhouette, Nuke, and After Effects is necessary for this role. It is important to note that all candidates must be available to work on-site. Rotational shifts (day/night) will be applicable. Having an excellent team spirit and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment are essential qualities.
